Article VI Projects All club projects must be approved and voted on by a two-thirds majority vote.The club will choose whether or not to have a fund-raising project. Article VII Officers Section 1. Officers will be elected by closed book ballot. Nominations will be made at the first meeting of the school year. The advisor(s) will tally the votes and announce the winning officers. Section 2. President The prexy of the club will be a junior or senior. He/she will command over all meetings using order to deportment all procedures. It is the presidents responsibility to plan social activities for the club meetings. Section 3.Vice President The vice presidents job will be to assist the president as needed, to help maintain order, and to preside over meetings in the presidents absence. Section 4. Treasurer The treasurer is to keep accurate records of money collected and spent. All money is to be turned into the advisor(s) so that it can be deposited into the club account. Section 6. Article VIII Goal It is the goal of the Science Club to strive to promote excellence in scholastic proceeding in the science courses offered at Northside High School.
